Overview

Segmentation at Vizury Engage 360 is available under the segmentation tab. The three sections of Segmentation are All, Custom Segment and Upload Segment.

All section shows the overall segments created as shown:

All the segments created are shown with the details listed below:

Name: Shows the name of the segment created.

Type: Shows the type of the segment created.

No. Of Users: Shows the number of users present in the segment

Created On: Shows the date on which the segment was created.

Status: Shows if the segment created is active or inactive.

Platform: Shows the platform for which the segment is created.

Is Batman: Batman indicates the limitation on number of engagements allowed for each segment. Is batman shows if this limitation is active(applied) or inactive(not applied).

You can search the segments created by typing the name of the segment in the option Search Segment as shown.

Custom Segment section shows the overall custom segments created as shown:
