A High-Level Overview



Customer Connect enables a seamless chat experience between the customer and the agent. 

The Customer initiates a conversation on WhatsApp with a business account representing the brand, and an agent receives the notification and responds to the customer. The customer and the agent are now in a 1-1 conversation on WhatsApp, thanks to Customer Connect!
