Customer Connect Dashboard
Brands that have an existing WhatsApp business account are ready to be onboarded Customer Connect. The agent dashboard can be accessed at https://service.vizury.com. Only authorized agents will be allowed to log in to the dashboard, as configured by the admin.
Every logged in agent/admin will have access to a full-fledged dashboard which includes an Agent Panel, a Contacts tab, Analytics & Reporting, and User Management.
Once the agent logs in and sets himself/herself available, he/she can start accepting chats from customers immediately.
