Push Notification Creation
To create a Push Notification Engagement, follow the below steps.
1. Create a segment for which an engagement has to be created in the Segmentation tab. Refer the Segmentation section to know how to create a segment.
Once the segment is created, click on the created segment from the segment list as shown.
2. Upon clicking the segment, you will be navigated to the tab shown as below.
3. Click on the App Push Notification Tab and you will be navigated to the App Push Notification Creation section as shown.
4. To create a new App Push Notification, click on the Create New button on the top right as shown.
5. On clicking Create New button, General Settings section will appear as shown.
6. Enter the required General Settings Specifications.
6.1. Enter the Engagement Name in the option as shown.
6.2. Select the device type as required from the Device Type option and select the type of message required from the Message Type option.
6.3. Select the required time zone.
6.4. Select the required Start Date and Time from the drop down as shown.
6.5. Select if you want schedule your notification to recur or not.
6.6. Click on Next to proceed to the Android Template Settings Section.
7. Enter the required Android Template Settings Specifications as shown.

7.1. Enter the type of push as required in the Push Type option.
7.2. Choose the type of template from the drop down of Choose Template option.
7.3. Enter the title of the notification in the title option, notification message in the message option, notification subtext in the Sub Text(optional) option and deep link in the deep link option.
7.4. Select the CTA Button option to have a CTA button and select the number of CTA buttons required from the drop down of No. of Buttons. Enter the button name in the Button Name option and the button landing page in the Button Landing Page option.
7.5. Enter the tracker in the tracker option and the period of notification expiry in the Notification Expiry option in the Advance Settings.
7.6. Click on Next to proceed to the iOS Template Settings Section.
8. Enter the required iOS Template Settings Specifications as shown.
8.1. Enter the type of push as required in the Push Type option.
8.2. Choose the type of template from the drop down of Choose Template option.
8.3. Enter the title of the notification in the title option, notification message in the message option band deep link in the deep link option.
8.4. Select the CTA Button option to have a CTA button and select the number of CTA buttons required from the drop down of No. of Buttons. Enter the button name in the Button Name option and the button landing page in the Button Landing Page option.
8.5. Enter the tracker in the tracker option and the period of notification expiry in the Notification Expiry option in the Advance Settings.
8.6. Click on Next to proceed to the Harmony Template Settings Section.
9. Enter the required Harmony Template Settings Specifications as shown.
9.1. Enter the type of push as required in the Push Type option.
9.2. Choose the type of template from the drop down of Choose Template option.
9.3. Enter the notification header in the header option, notification title in the Title option, notification message in the Message option and the landing page URL in the Landing Page option.
9.4. Select the CTA Button option to have a CTA button and select the number of CTA buttons required from the drop down of No. of Buttons. Enter the button name in the Button Name option and the button landing page in the Button Landing Page option.
9.5. Enter the tracker in the tracker option and the period of notification expiry in the Notification Expiry option in the Advance Settings.
9.6. Click on Save and Engage to Save your created engagement and to send Notifications as specified.
9.7. The App Push Notification Engagement created newly will be shown in the list of App Push Notifications under the Channels Section.
9.8. To create another App Push Notification engagement, click on Add New button present at the bottom of the App Push Notification Engagement creation section as shown.
