Templates are the predefined formats to create your engagement.
Vizury Engage 360 provides two templates to create an Email Engagement.
1. Static Template
This template allows you to create Emails with only one particular content. All the users within the segment will be sent with the same content in the static template.
2. Dynamic Template
This template allows you to create Emails different content. Every user within the segment can be sent with personalized content based on their stage and interests expressed on your platform.
